Whether you have recently
moved to France or already have an established life here, I

and family back home and re-establishing yourself in a new place can
be challenging at the best of times but when life throws you a curve
ball, it can feel overwhelming.
That is why I provide a

you through current difficulties and to help you find new ways of
approaching existing problems.

In these situations,
spending time with an impartial, professional and supportive trained
therapist like myself can be incredibly helpful. Our sessions will
be tailored to your needs and I will draw on my professional and
academic experience to work in your best interests. Using an
integrative approach, I will utilise techniques from psychodynamic,
person-centred, cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness and
existential therapies. We can look at past and present relationships
and experiences to gain a better understanding of your present-day
troubles.
Though our sessions take
place online, I believe that very quickly you will feel at ease and
enjoy the convenience that online therapy has to offer. In addition,
you can choose the mode of communication and change this to adapt to
your needs.
I am a Registered Member
