I'm a bilingual French-American therapist, back in
Provence after ten years in the US. I work with adults, couples and
teens going through grief, loss, a big life change or a shift in
identity: a move abroad, a breakup, a career change, coming out, or
losing a version of yourself.
My approach brings together the body, the breath and the voice:
somatic work, IFS-informed parts work and breathwork, within a warm,
affirming space. As a queer therapist, I offer a safe place for
women and LGBTQIA+ people, and I know from the inside what it means
to rebuild a life in another country.
I see clients online by video, and in person at my practice in
Mouriès, near Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. I also run support circles in
