I am a UKCP (United Kingdom Council for
Psychotherapy) registered psychotherapist in the UK. However, the
title 'psychotherapist' is protected (only specifically trained
individuals can use this title) in France and UK registrations are
not recognised. Therefore, in France I am classed as a 'CONSULTANT
EN MODE DE VIE, COACHING LIFESTYLE, CONSULTANT EN PROBLEMATIQUES DE
LA VIE COURANTE.
I have clients in the UK and Europe. Currently, I offer online
appointments by Zoom or similar. I am trained to work with couples
and individuals.
I have experience in helping people address a wide range of issues
including bereavement and loss (this includes working with life
changing situations and events); low self-esteem,; depression and
anxiety; stress; anger; psychosexual difficulties; relationship
difficulties; and work-related issues.
I use a range of approaches and adapt them to suit client needs. I
am influenced by the search for meaning and making sense of the
senseless . Following this I am becoming far more interested in
philosophy as being an aid to therapy. I am trained in EMDR (Eye
Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
My hourly fees are:
- UK: £70.00
- Europe: €75.00
