Is there something that is holding you back

you overcome these difficulties and many more in an empathetic,
patient and confidential way. You are unique and counselling will be
tailored to fit your individual and specific needs.
Originally a teacher of children with Specific Learning
difficulties, I changed careers in 2004 and trained to be a Clinical
Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist. I have worked with hundreds of
people since then and have been fortunate enough to help them
successfully change their lives. I believe in solution focused
therapy and use a variety of different approaches in order to meet
my client's specific needs.
I continue to involve myself in ongoing professional development and
am a member of the European Association of Professional
Hypnotherapists. I absolutely love being a hypnotherapist and
counsellor and absolute confidentiality is assured.
I offer a free 30 minute initial consultation to discuss your
individual situation and after the first actual counselling session,
I will forward to you a free self hypnosis MP3 recording to help you
benefit further from your therapy.
