I am Foong Pooi Yin, a BACP Registered counsellor with a corporate background based in Lyon, France since 2022. I welcome and support every person regarding gender, religious, skin colour, age, culture and whom they love and care.

I work with children, teenagers, and adults through a range of presenting issues including stress, anxiety, depression, low self esteem, lack of confidence, social challenges, relocation, cultural adjustment and issues related to long term illness or medical conditions.

​To facilitate the transformation, I draw on modalities such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy, Sandplay Therapy and Symbol Work.  
 
I hold a Master Degree in Social Science (Professional Counselling), being trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy, Applied Suicide Intervention Skills, Sandplay Therapy and Symbol Work in children, adolescent and adult.  
  
I speak multiple languages including English, Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), and Malay.
