I am an Irish counsellor based in
Paris offering face-to-face and online therapy.
I practise in both English and French.
My therapeutic approach is
integrative, meaning that I have trained in several therapeutic
models. Because no two clients are alike, I draw on a wide range of
evidence-based practices and theoretical orientations, adapting to
the specific needs of each individual. My therapeutic tools include
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioural
Therapy (REBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Transactional
Analysis (TA) and Narrative Therapy (NT).
My work is goal oriented and my
priority is to use my training and experience to help you achieve
your objectives, whatever they may be.
I attend ongoing professional
training and engage in clinical supervision to ensure I work to the
highest standards of care. I am also a member of a regular peer
supervision group and I abide by the British Psychological Society’s
Code of Ethics and Conduct, which sets out the guidelines for
ethical best practice for psychologists and psychotherapists.
I offer a brief
introductory call free of charge to see if I’m a good fit for your
particular needs. Full sessions are 50 minutes and take place in
person in Paris or online.
