I'm Aliva, an experienced counsellor, hypnotherapist and coach dedicated to supporting English speakers in France and I offer sessions face to face in my welcoming therapy room, online, by phone and walk & talk therapy.

Navigating life's challenges can be especially tough in a new country. I offer a compassionate, non-judgemental and understanding space where you can explore your feelings, overcome obstacles, find clarity and learn coping strategies. I tailor our sessions to your unique needs and using integrative counselling means we can find the right approach for you as an individual and to suit your circumstances.
