I am a retired Chartered Counselling Psychologist and Psychotherapist offering a counselling service specializing in systemic therapy. In the past | have worked closely with families and individuals both within a formal setting and also in private practice. I am now based in the Vendee region of France.

I support clients who are having difficulty navigating a wide range of emotional challenges, and help them explore and understand their current difficulties. Working from this systemic perspective, I focus on feelings and ideas that prevent us from managing emotions and behaviours, which often results in depression and anxiety.
