Through engaging in dialogue, I support you in
connecting to your inner resources and find new perspectives.
Through our work together, you gain insight and clarity to transform
in the direction of your goals and ambitions.
I combine life coaching and creative psychotherapy skills to foster
your personal development and overcome the challenges you are
facing.
My style is based on authenticity, creativity and presence. My
approach is grounded in research and experience. I qualified as a
Drama and Movement therapist from the Royal Central School of Speech
and Drama (UoL) in 2016 and am an experienced registered
professional with the HCPC. I am a qualified Trasformational Life
Coach specialised in working with teenagers and young adults,
professionals and women.
My background is in Educational Sciences, I graduated with summa cum
laude at my MA in Pedagogy in 2012, from the University of Genoa. My
thesis centred on my pioneering training project for teachers and
educational specialists in Finnish schools. During my BA, I
researched the impact of creativity in the scholastic system and how
it impacts on human development.
For the past three years I've been working at the Royal Central
School of Speech and Drama (University of London) supporting young
adults succeed in their academic career and as a creative
psychotherapist in secondary schools with youth facing mental health
challenges. Currently, I'm the Chief Therapist at InsideOut, an
online platform that offers mental health support to employees
working in the corporate field. I am responsible for the team of
counsellors, therapists and life coaches as well as the author of
mental health and wellbeing content.
