Hi, I’m Rachael. I live in Savigne in
Poitou-Charentes and I’ve worked in the healthcare sector and
educational settings as a counsellor, for many years.
My last few years have been spent supporting
adolescents, young people and children to navigate life’s
challenges. Prior to this I worked with adults, struggling with
their mental health, in healthcare and prison settings.
Life can be rewarding, fulfilling and exciting but, can also be
challenging and stressful. I am proud to be able to say that I have
helped many people find ways to cope with the daily struggles,
longer term issues and historical problems through my private
practice.
Using a psychodynamic approach to person-centred counselling, I aim
to give a person the space to be themselves so that they know they
are heard, understood and cared about.
Together we can explore the tools available and find coping
mechanisms to help navigate the feelings associated with a busy
modern life in France and guide you to through difficult and complex
issues.
