"Ring the bells that can still ring; Forget your perfect offering.
There is a crack in everything; Thatís how the light gets in"  - Rumi

Most of us struggle with change: moving to a new country and culture, retirement, ageing. Even exciting changes can bring up issues of grief and loss. Some of us respond by eating or drinking too much or finding fault with our relationships.

Iíd like to help you to adjust to the challenge that can arise from these transitions.

I have worked as a counsellor and psychotherapist since the early Ď80s. I retired from a large therapy practice in London in 2007, although I continue to work face-to-face and on Skype with clients and supervisees locally, in the UK and elsewhere. For many years I taught on the MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy at The Metanoia Institute in London (Middlesex University)

I also offer residential retreats for individuals and couples who want to do some work on issues such as grief and loss, addictions and other challenges whilst enjoying the beauty of Occitania.

Feel free to contact me for more information and to book a 30 minute, complementary, confidential assessment session. I can offer short-term contracts, usually for a minimum of 6 sessions or longer term, in-depth psychotherapy following a six week assessment period.

I am registered as an Integrative Psychotherapist with the UKCP. Iíve got an MSc in Gestalt Psychotherapy and a PGCert in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.
