With over 10 years of counselling experience, I
have been counselling online via webcam for the past 7 years as an
expat. I am a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC), National
Certified Counsellor (NCC) and a Certified Clinical Military
Counsellor (CCMC). In France, I am registered as a Psychopraticien.
Most of my experience is in helping clients manage PTSD, Depression,
Anxiety, relationship issues, adjustment/transitions, family
conflict and helping to discover my clients’ life purposes. Common
groups of people I see range from first responders (police,
firefighters, paramedics), doctors, athletes, expats (English
speakers living abroad) and general "life wanderers." In my current
practice, I do not label clients with disorders. Instead, we focus
on symptoms and achieving your personal goals.
Clients complete a basic intake form as they
schedule their first appointment through the online scheduler on the
www.sandandpsy.com website.
After the appointment is made, clients will meet me at the Biarritz
mairie where we will choose a walking path and begin our session.
For clients who are on vacation but would like to continue therapy
after returning home, I offer distance counselling via phone or
video chat.
