I am a fully qualified psychotherapist,
experienced in working in a wide range of settings with a diverse
range of clients, issues and difficulties. Our initial meeting would
be an opportunity to explore how counselling may be of use to you.
From this meeting we may contract to a fixed number of sessions or
you may prefer to leave the number of sessions open-ended.
Over 20 years of psychotherapy and counselling experience in private
practice and with various organisations. Qualified in Psychotherapy,
counselling and Supervision. Experience of working with individuals,
couples, groups and organisations. I was also a trainer of
counsellors, managing and tutoring post graduate courses and many
varied workshops.
I offer sessions face to face, usually for 60 minutes at a time and
we could work via Skype if this should feel appropriate.
I aim to work with whatever brings you. I am flexible in my approach
and will work to find the most effective way of working for you, to
facilitate you reaching your outcomes that you may identify through
therapy. The pace at which we work is established through you.
I am a Senior Accredited member of the BACP (British Association of
Counsellors and Psychotherapists and abide by their Code of Ethics
and Professional Conduct. As such our sessions will be
professionally confidential.
I am a member of EAP (European Association for Psychotherapy,
membership number M-1000044.
