Sometimes , in a therapeutic relationship, people can feel ignored and unimportant. I think that can be harmful. Convinced of the importance of being listened to and of feeling understood, I would be honoured to accompany you whilst you, or someone close to you, searches out how they wish to move forward with their life. Whilst maintaining my honesty and my authenticity during your therapeutic work , I will not judge you. I will be by your side as this is how the Person Centred Approach to therapy works.
Grateful to be a therapist, I consider my work to be a privilege because, thanks to the therapeutic relationship that I’ll be offering you, I am convinced that you will find your answers to life’s difficulties from within you. I believe that the light shed on your problems will give you insight and help you to face and deal with them or others that might arise in the future. I would be honoured to accompany you as you take your steps on this journey .
I have a Master II in Cognitive Sciences and am bilingual in French and English. After more than 30 years of experience as a teacher, in France and abroad, I can see how much I have learned about the interactions between people. I also understood how people’s problems can impact their daily lives.
Having experienced difficulties in my own life, I am in a completely different state of mind today. Looking back, I see how much I have benefited from trusting a therapist trained in the Person-Centred Approach. Empathetic and non-judgmental, he accepted me as I was and supported me in my own choices. The strength of this approach convinced me to train in this same school.
You will be able work with me in confidentiality . My work is checked through regular supervision.
In ethical terms, I abide by the regulations of the FF2P in France and the BACP in the U.K.
