Psychodynamic & Person-Centered Counsellor & Psychologist
Telephone: 06 63 13 10 76
A recent MSc graduate in Counseling &
Psychotherapy (University of Edinburgh), I have trained
in both psychodynamic and person-centered theories. I also hold
a Post-Graduate Certificate in Eating Disorders & Clinical
Nutrition (University College London), a Post-Graduate Certificate
in Counseling Skills (COSCA - Counseling & Psychotherapy in
Scotland) & a B.A. in Psychology. I am continuously developing my
skills through continuing education courses in areas such as trauma
& crisis interventions.
Having been an expat myself, I understand the stressors
involved with acclimating to a new country & culture.
My approach is pro-active and holistic. I believe in
addressing problems with compassion, understanding and awareness in
order to help achieve relief and resolution.
I offer a variety of virtual and in person "walk and talk"
sessions. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
I work specifically with adults. My specialities include:
Expat-related Issues (isolation, loss of support system,
homesickness, cultural assimilation...)
The initial consultation is free & takes place virtually (by
phone or via Zoom). Thereafter, the pricing is 20 euros for virtual
sessions and between 25 and 40 euros for "walk & talk" sessions &
nutritional support. Sliding scales & payment plans are available in
light of the surge in unemployment due to COVID-19.
Code of Ethics
I abide by the COSCA (Counseling & Psychotherapy in
Scotland), BACP (British Association for Counseling &
Psychotherapy), and the APA (American Psychological Association)
code of ethics
